At Flexown, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept returns if the item is damaged, used, or altered after delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contactflexown@gmail.com.
Certain products, especially selected clothing items from our Urban Luxe collection, are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective. Size or fit issues for these items are not accepted as a reason for return.
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect caused by us, you may request a discretionary return. In such cases, a ₹200 handling fee will apply, and the return shipping costs must be covered by you. Discretionary returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order and will be subject to review and approval by our support team.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If a replacement is available for a damaged or defective product, it will be provided. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed. For Urban Luxe clothing and selected products, size or fit issues are not eligible for exchange.
Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards, downloadable products, clearance or final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and items that are damaged or used after delivery cannot be returned.
Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays).
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days, with an additional charge applied.
Some products, especially from our Luxe Lady Collection, are shipped internationally, which may result in longer delivery times.
Shipping Charges & Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
For internationally sourced products (including those shipped to India), an international handling/customs fee may apply.
Customers outside India will also incur international shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you return a shipped order, applicable shipping and refund charges will be deducted.
Lost or Damaged Items
